The EF713 owes its striking appearance mainly to its well-visible blade. Like a cleaver, it derives its strength from the weight and wide cutting edge of the blade. The centre of gravity of this 235-gram knife is located right in the blade, making it very effective for demanding tasks. The full tang ends in a ring to give it a solid shape, and the handle texture fits well in the hand. The protruding blade protects the fingers during cutting. A nylon sheath is provided for safe storage.
