At Pellet-Guns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
